The villa consists of two floors in total, boasting 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a hallway on the first floor and a spacious open-plan kitchen-diner and living room, a master bedroom and a WC on the ground floor. All rooms of the villa are decorated in a modern and stylish manner with furnishing of the greatest quality, while all bedrooms boast a wardrobe, TV, Air-Conditioning system and lead to large balconies with outdoor furniture, that enjoy amazing views to the outdoor swimming pool. Finally, you can use an extra wardrobe existing in the hallway of the first floor for keeping your towels, bed linen, while it contains a washing machine as well.

The first floor of our villa features a master bedroom with two single beds, which is beautifully furnished, a bathroom with a shower enclosure and a modern wardrobe. The second floor consists of 3 double bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – with en-suite bathrooms. It is notable that the one bedroom boasts a wooden ceiling, creating a more intimate atmosphere. All bedrooms contain a modern wardrobe, TV and air-conditioning system and private balconies with furniture, while the bathrooms feature shower enclosures and hair dryers.

The amazing outdoor area of the villa boasts a large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas for sunbathing and relaxation, BBQ facilities and a large living and dining area for organizing special lunches or dinners during summer.
