About Sinies – Porta
Porta was the main village and everyone who was needed to go to the Corfu town or in the coastal regions was passing through this village. The green landscape and the view that combines mountain and sea are the characteristics of the village. The colorful houses with the traditional courtyards and small alleys of Porta are combined with the Corfiot nature and offer generously this place to the visitor.

Rou Estate
Τhe Rou Estate is a complex of luxurius residents renovated to old standards houses in this area. The old village of Rou built in the middle of last century because the place was safe from pirates. Τhe location is beautiful, has nice view, many trees and stones where the elders local residents used them to built their homes.

Porta has 2 traditional cafes where visitor can make a stop for coffee or soft drinks. Porta also has 2 traditional taverns, where one is next to the church of St. Barbara and the other Panorama Taverna in the exit of the village where from there visitor enjoy a spectacular view. The village also is ideal for walking tourism.
