Where to swim in Apraos
The beach is unique for families and young children, because the waters are quite shallow and makes the game fun and safe. In summertime boats from Kassiopi carrying people and organize BBQ, beach games and other events at Kalamaki beach. Also there exist sunbeds and umbrellas.

The area offers traditional Fish taverns which have view to the beach, Some of them are Kalamaki Restaurant, Nikolas Taverna, Dimakos Taverna and two outdoor beach bars that offering cold beers, coffees and soft drinks. On the main road is a shop that sells handmade olive wood carvings in big variety and many designs.
